Ned Lamont’s Grassroots Mash-up

Ned Lamont who is running against Joe Lieberman in Connecticut has added a  grassroots mashup "tell your family friends, and neighbors" social media tool to his campaign. Clicking on the family, friends and neighbors link on his Blog will take you to a page that asks for your email address.  After you make it past the sign up page, you are asked for the name  OR the address of someone that you know who lives in Connecticut who you feel should be voting for Ned Lamont. I filled in the first and last name of a friend; and back came her first name, last name, street and city….and her age. Hmmmmm?

Ned Lamont along with John Edwards is embracing social media in his campaigns quite effectively.
