Peter Kim Blogs at Obama.com

by Marianne Richmond on February 20, 2007

Peter Kim, senior analyst at Forrester and member of the Media2.0 Workgroup has anounced on his blog that he will be blogging at Obama.com.

Peter says that because Obama has opened up a platform for political discussion that he is planning to do just that…whether his opinion is supportive of Obama or not. He writes at Obama, “My thoughts on 2008 as a political independent-raised red, living blue.”

There has been lots of blogging about Obama’s social network site…Peter is the first non-political blogger that I am aware of that is actually blogging at Obama.com. Peter is not only participating in the conversation about campaign 08…he is participating in the process. This is awesome!

As noted previously, the Obama site had over 4000 blogs and 2400 groups had been formed after five days. Joe Rospers, Obama’s media director says they are trying to build relationships among members on their network. It will be even more interesting to observe all of this with Peter Kim blogging there.
